Box of Six Teacakes - Spring/Summer Selection
Our marshmallow teacakes start with a Belgian chocolate shell, filled with light and fluffy marshmallow, fruit conserve, caramel or ganache and a deliciously buttery shortbread biscuit base.
Each box contains six of our seasonal selection flavours. Our boxes are not pre packaged so you can choose your own selection of flavours from our current selection below. These can be all one flavour or a mix of flavours if you prefer.
Currently we have two seasonal flavours:-
SUMMER BERRY SHORTCAKE - A classic combination of madagascan vanilla gourmet marshmallow, our own summer berry conserve, rich buttery vanilla shortbread, encased in Belgian white chocolate.
SEA SALT BILLIONAIRES -
A chocolatey gourmet marshmallow, Cornish sea salt caramel, a vanilla shortbread, encased in Belgian milk chocolate.

All of our marshmallow contains gelatin (pork) so our teacakes are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. They also all contain dairy & wheat gluten.
All of our teacakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy and nuts/peanuts among other allergens so may contain traces of these. All care is taken to minimise cross-contamination.

SEA SALT CARAMEL BILLIONAIRES: Sugar, Organic & Fair Trade Belgian Milk Chocolate - minimum 37% cocoa solids (sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, natural vanilla flavouring), glucose, invert sugar, honey, water, gelatine (pork), flour (gluten), butter (milk), cocoa, cream (milk), Cornish sea salt, colour (Cocoa Butter, E171, E172)
Shelf-life
Minimum 3+ months. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate

Each teacake is 6.5 cm wide.
