We've adapted some of our favourite cake flavours to bring you a range of wonderful traybake cakes that you can cut up to share at home or just keep to yourselves. All of our traybakes are baked to order and finished with a traditional buttercream rather than our usual meringue-based buttercream, which allows us to get them out to you that much quicker and save you a few pennies in a time when every penny counts. All of our sponge cakes apart from our caramel cake are available as vegan too!

 

Please be aware - All of our cakes are available for delivery within a 10-mile radius of Falmouth, Cornwall only. We do not post these cakes at this time.

Vanilla Berry Sponge

Our vanilla berry sponge is rich and buttery, with Madagascan vanilla and baked with fresh raspberries, finally topped with creamy vanilla traditional buttercream and decorated with dried edible rose petals.

Lemon & Elderflower Sponge

A zesty lemon sponge drizzled with elderflower & lemon finally topped with a cream cheese traditional buttercream and finished with lemon curd (or blackcurrant preserve and vegan vanilla buttercream for our vegan version)

Carrot & Walnut Cake

Who doesn't love a little slice of carrot cake, ours is wonderfully zesty and packed with spice, coconut, raisins and of course walnuts. Finally finished with a cinnamon cream cheese buttercream or a cinnamon vegan buttercream.

Indulgent Chocolate

A rich, velvety and indulgent cake, made with 70% Belgian fair trade organic chocolate, topped with a chocolaty traditional buttercream and finally drizzled with white & dark chocolate (vegan version dark only)

Salted Caramel

We are famous for our salted caramel cake. It all starts with a brown butter sponge, and this really makes all the difference, topped with creamy vanilla traditional buttercream and drizzles with caramel seasoned with Cornish sea salt.

Vegan Version: I'm afraid that we don't make this cake vegan, sorry.

 

Red Velvet

A light chocolate & buttermilk sponge with a classic red hue topped with a cream cheese traditional buttercream or a vegan vanilla buttercream.
