How to care for your cake on collection

Your cake will be chilled prior to collection. If you will be travelling with your cake again after collection, we recommend chilling the cake until this time. Please chill your cake if it has fruit on it, if not consuming the same day.

Cakes should be kept flat during transport. If driving, please place your cake in the boot of your car, this is by far the safest place for it. Failing this the footwell by the passenger seat. If you place your cake on the seat or hold it during travel we cannot be held responsible for your cake not arriving in one piece.

In hot weather, you may need to refrigerate your cake after collection. During the summer every effort is made to make your cake more heat stable. Your cake is iced in buttercream or ganache, however, and chocolate and butter will melt in hot weather.

If your cake has a long journey please inform us when booking. This will need to be taken into account when designing your cake.

Finally, buttercream cakes can be fragile so please take care when handling them. We want your cake to be as beautiful when it reaches it's final destination as it was when you collected it from us here at Red Robin Pantry.


TURKISH DELIGHT
NEW FOR 2025 - We've been busy busy busy finally perfecting our Turkish Delight recipe this. year. Like all of our other confections our Turkish Delight is handmade right here in Falmouth in small batches.

CLASSIC ROSE WATER
A true classic simply flavoured with rose water.
Colour Reference: pale pink

Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose, cornflour (maize), icing sugar, sorbitol, glycerine, rose water, cream of tartar, citric acid, colouring (Humectant: E422, Water, Colours: E122*, E129*, Modified starch (tapioca)), rapeseed oil.
MADAGASCAN VANILLA & SAFFRON
With Madagascan vanilla and infused with Turkish saffron.
Colour Reference: saffron yellow.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose, cornflour (maize), icing sugar, sorbitol, madagascan vanilla, glycerine, cream of tartar, citric acid, saffron, rapeseed oil.


RASPBERRY & TOASTED COCONUT
A tangy raspberry turkish delight tossed in toasted coconut.
Colour Reference: deep pink

Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose, cornflour (maize), coconut, raspberries, icing sugar, sorbitol, glycerine, natural raspberry flavour, cream of tartar, citric acid, cornish sea salt, rapeseed oil.

PEACH & PROSECCO
With white peach puree and prosecco.
Colour Reference: peach

Ingredients: Sugar, water, prosecco (sulphites), glucose, cornflour (maize), white peach, icing sugar, sorbitol, glycerine, natural prosecco flavour, natural peach flavour, cream of tartar, citric acid, cornish sea salt, rapeseed oil.
Contains alcohol.


ORANGE & CARDAMOM WITH PISTACHIOS
A zesty orange turkish delight infused with cardamom with toasted chopped pistachios.
Colour Reference: orange with pistachios.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose, cornflour (maize), orange juice and zest, pistachios (nuts), icing sugar, sorbitol, glycerine, organic orange oil, natural cardamom flavour, cardamom, cream of tartar, citric acid, cornish sea salt, rapeseed oil.
POMEGRANATE WITH TOASTED HAZELNUTS
A pomegranate turkish delight with chopped toasted hazelnuts.
Colour Reference: red with hazelnuts.
