Shipping & Delivery
Red Robin Pantry is based in Falmouth, Cornwall. How your order is delivered or collected depends on what you've ordered.
Tiered wedding cakes are delivered and set up by me, while single-tier and celebration cakes can be collected from Falmouth or delivered locally where available. Wedding cake tasting boxes can also be sent by post.
WEDDING CAKE DELIVERY & SET-UP
All tiered wedding cakes are delivered and set up by me at your wedding venue (with Cornwall). This ensures your cake is transported safely and allows me to complete any assembly, decoration or finishing that needs to take place at the venue.
For bespoke wedding cakes, delivery and set-up arrangements will be discussed as part of your booking and the cost confirmed with your quotation.

SINGLE-TIER & CELEBRATION CAKES
Single-tier cakes can be collected from Red Robin Pantry in Falmouth or delivered locally within Cornwall where delivery is available.
Collection and delivery options are shown when booking. If you're unsure whether delivery is available to your location, please get in touch before placing your order.
If you're collecting a cake yourself, please read my Cake Collection & Care guide before travelling. This includes advice on carrying your cake, transporting it safely by car, keeping it cool and bringing it to the correct temperature before serving.
WEDDING CAKE TASTING BOXES
Wedding cake tasting boxes can be collected from Falmouth or sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to addresses where this service is available.
Because the samples are freshly made, they are dispatched to minimise the amount of time they spend in transit and won't be sent where the expected journey would leave them sitting in the postal system over a weekend.

Please make sure the delivery address supplied with your order is correct.
FRESH CAKES & DESSERTS
Fresh cakes and chilled desserts such as cheesecakes and tiramisù are not available for postal delivery.
Depending on the product, these are available for collection from Falmouth or local delivery as shown on the relevant booking page.
Fresh chilled desserts must be kept refrigerated until they are ready to be served. Please make sure suitable chilled storage is available at your destination before collecting your order.
CAKE SHED PRE-ORDERS
Cake Shed pre-orders are for collection from the Falmouth Cake Shed unless otherwise stated on the individual product.
The Cake Shed is located on my drive in Falmouth, between Falmouth and Budock Water. Current opening times, directions and other information about visiting can be found on the Falmouth Cake Shed page.
