Red Robin Pantry is an independent business owned and operated by Debbie Carvey in Falmouth, Cornwall. I take the privacy of my customers and website visitors seriously and only collect and use personal information where it is necessary to run the business, provide my services and meet my legal obligations.

This privacy policy explains what information I collect, why I use it, how it may be shared and your rights regarding your personal information.

Depending on how you contact or purchase from Red Robin Pantry, I may collect information including:

I may also keep relevant information about bookings and orders in a paper diary used to manage my work schedule.

I do not receive or store your full debit or credit card details when you make an electronic payment. Card payments are processed by the relevant payment provider.

I do not sell your personal information.

• Meta, where its technologies are used for website analytics and advertising;

• Xero, for accounting and financial record keeping;

• banks and other financial institutions where necessary to process payments; and

• professional advisers or public authorities where information must be provided for legal, accounting or regulatory purposes.

These providers may process personal information according to their own privacy terms and/or their agreements with Red Robin Pantry.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards for international transfers are required under applicable data protection law.

EMAIL MARKETING

If you choose to join the Red Robin Pantry mailing list, I may use your details to send occasional news, product information or other marketing communications using Wix's email marketing service.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in marketing emails.

I do not add customers to the mailing list simply because they have made an enquiry or placed an order.

The Red Robin Pantry website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential for the website and online ordering system to function, while others help me understand how visitors use the website or measure the effectiveness of advertising.

HOW LONG I KEEP INFORMATION

Financial and transaction records may need to be retained for the periods required by UK tax and accounting law. Enquiry and booking information is reviewed periodically and deleted or securely disposed of when it is no longer reasonably required.

Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe or I otherwise remove it from the mailing list.

Paper records containing personal information are securely disposed of when they are no longer required.

I take reasonable steps to protect personal information held by Red Robin Pantry. Electronic information is held using password-protected systems and reputable service providers, while paper records are kept securely and are not made available to the public.
