Chilli, Mango & Passion Fruit Organic Dark Chocolate
Our artisan chocolate bars have had a revamp for autmn/winter 2023. All of our bars and lollipops are now handpainted individulally with different designs for each flavour using coloured cocoa butter.
All of our bars are handcrafted using the finest quality organic & Cacao Trace Belgian chocolate - a sustainable cocoa sourcing programme.
A tropical flavour to this dark bar with dried mango and passion fruit and infused with ancho and chipotle chillies. To give a feel of the topics we've gone with a warm sunset over the ocean, so you can pretend you are on a tropical beach while you eat it or just Cornwall if you prefer! All bars are handpainted individually, no two bars are the same, colours vary as well as the pattern of the design itself.
Ingredients
Organic dark chocolate - minimum 58% cocoa solids (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, natural vanilla flavouring), mango, passion fruit, ancho chilli, chipotle chilli, colours (E171, E132, E102, E129)

All of our chocolates are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy and nuts/peanuts among other allergens so may contain traces of these. All care is taken to minimise cross-contamination.
