VANILLA WINTER BERRY
A Madagascan vanilla marshmallows, with winter berry conserve, with just a hint of cinnamon, and a vanilla shortbread, dipped in Belgian white chocolate.
Colour Reference: red and silver

CORNISH SEA SALT CARAMEL
This years caramel teacake is all caramel, with a brown sugar caramel marshmallow, caramel shortbread, and Cornish sea salt homemade caramel too. Finally dipped in Belgian milk chocolate.

who doesn't love pistachio, this teacake has a buttery pistachio shortbread, a pistachio marshmallow with toasted pistachios too, and finally a tart raspberry conserve. Dipped in Belgian milk chocolate.
