Our handmade marshmallows are nothing like their commercially made cousins, these are light and fluffy clouds of joy. We flavour our marshmallows with Madagascan vanilla, natural flavourings, real fruit purees and wonderfully aromatic spices.

MADAGASCAN VANILLA

A simple classic, light and fluffy marshmallow flavoured with Madagascan vanilla seeds.
Colour Reference: White
Ingredients: Sugar; glucose; honey; invert sugar, glycerine, pork gelatine, vanilla, cornflour, icing sugar, rapeseed oil.
GINGERBREAD
A warming gingerbread marshmallow with orange zest, brown sugar and plenty of spice
Colour Reference: brown
Ingredients: Brown sugar; sugar; glucose; honey; invert sugar; glycerine, pork gelatine, orange, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves cornflour, icing sugar, rapeseed oil.
MULLED WINE
One of our festive favourites. We steep shiraz wine in orange and mulling spices before adding this to our whipping marshmallow.
Colour Reference: pastel purple
Ingredients: Sugar; glucose; red wine (sulphites), apple juice; honey; invert sugar; glycerine, pork gelatine, fresh orange, dried orange peel, ground pimento berries, cassia, cloves, nutmeg, cornflour, icing sugar, rapeseed oil.
MAPLE & PECAN
With Canadian red maple syrup and toasted pecans.
Colour Reference: white with nuts

APPLE BERRY
Made with a red current, raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant and apple compote.

CHERRY & ALMOND

With a layer of dark cherry marshmallow topped with a layer of almond marshmallow and finally scattered with toasted almonds

LEMON & BLUEBERRY
A wonderfully zesty flavour for the summer, made with a fresh lemon & blueberry compote.

PEAR & ELDERFLOWER
The taste of summer, with fresh pear puree and elder flower cordial.

RASPBERRY & PROSECCO
With fresh raspberry puree made with a good glug of Prosecco, yum!!

MANGO & PASSION FRUIT
The taste of the tropics, made with a mango and passion fruit puree.
Colour Reference: yellow/orange

SALTED CARAMEL
Our salted caramel marshmallows are made with brown sugar to give a greater depth of flavour, and finished with Cornish sea salt.
Colour Reference: light caramel
