Cardamom, Cherry & Pistachio Organic Milk Chocolate
Our artisan chocolate bars have had a revamp for autmn/winter 2023. All of our bars and lollipops are now handpainted individulally with different designs for each flavour using coloured cocoa butter.
All of our bars are handcrafted using the finest quality organic & Cacao Trace Belgian chocolate - a sustainable cocoa sourcing programme.
A cardamom infused Belgian 39% milk chocolate with dark cherries and chopped pistachios. We took Moroccan inspiration for the mozaic design of this bar to fit with these flavours.
Ingredients
Organic milk chocolate - minimum 39% cocoa solids & 21% milk solids (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, natural vanilla flavouring), pistachios (nuts), freeze dried dark cherries, natural cardamom extract, colours (E171, E129, E102, E133, E132)

Suitable for vegetarians
All of our chocolates are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy and nuts/peanuts among other allergens so may contain traces of these. All care is taken to minimise cross-contamination.
