Add 12 cupcakes to your Set Design wedding cake order, either for additional portions or to cater for guests with different dietary requirements. Cupcakes are available in boxes of 12 in Standard, Vegan, Made Without Dairy, Made Without Eggs or Made Without Gluten. Each box of 12 must be the same dietary option and flavour. Choose from our six Standard Set Design flavours: Madagascan Vanilla & Strawberry — ivory Sicilian Lemon Drizzle with Lemon Curd — yellow Indulgent Chocolate with Belgian Dark Chocolate Italian Meringue Buttercream — chocolate brown Spiced Raspberry with Raspberry Conserve — pale pink Lime & Toasted Coconut with Lime Curd — sage green Vanilla Honey & Roasted Plum — pale purple All cupcakes are topped with Italian meringue buttercream, finished with a simple piped rosette in the colour corresponding to their flavour, and presented in white and gold-rimmed luxury cupcake cases. Allergen Information Standard recipe contains: WHEAT (GLUTEN), DAIRY, EGGS Vegan contains: WHEAT (GLUTEN), SOYA, MUSTARD Made Without Dairy contains: EGGS, WHEAT (GLUTEN), SOYA Made Without Eggs contains: DAIRY, WHEAT (GLUTEN), MUSTARD, SOYA (CHOCOLATE ONLY) Made Without Gluten contains: EGGS, DAIRY, NUTS (ALMONDS), SOYA (CHOCOLATE ONLY) Sicilian Lemon Drizzle and Lime & Toasted Coconut also contain SULPHITES. All cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat (gluten), soya, mustard, sulphites and other allergens. Every effort is made to minimise cross-contamination; however, I cannot cater for severe allergies. Made Without Gluten cupcakes cannot also be made without eggs. They can be made without dairy on request — please let me know when booking.
Cancellation Policy
All wedding cake and dessert orders booked through the online shop are paid in full at the time of booking. If your wedding is more than six months away and you would prefer to reserve your date without choosing and paying for your final cake or desserts yet, you can use the Save the Date booking option. This is particularly recommended for weddings more than six months in advance. Once booked, you'll receive a £100 coupon to redeem against your final wedding cake or dessert order at checkout. Your final order must be placed and paid for no later than six weeks before your wedding date. All tiered wedding cakes are delivered and set up by Red Robin Pantry; collection is not available. Delivery arrangements and charges are shown as part of the relevant booking information. Cancellations made more than 182 days before your wedding date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 182 days and 42 days before your wedding date are subject to a £100 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded. If you cancel less than 42 days before your wedding date, the booking system will charge a 100% cancellation fee. Where appropriate, any refund due will be considered in accordance with the cancellation provisions in Red Robin Pantry's full Terms & Conditions, taking into account preparation or production already undertaken and costs already incurred or committed. You can cancel your booking online up to 42 days before your wedding date. After this point, please contact me directly at info@redrobinpantry.co.uk. If you need to change your wedding date, please contact me as soon as possible. I may be able to transfer your booking to another date depending on availability, but this cannot be guaranteed. If the wedding moves into a different calendar year, your order will be repriced using the pricing applicable to the new wedding year. Changes to the venue, delivery arrangements or other requirements may also affect the final price. If Red Robin Pantry has to cancel your order and is unable to fulfil it, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the order I am unable to provide. By placing an order, you agree to Red Robin Pantry's full Terms & Conditions, which should be read alongside this booking policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
