Looking for an alternative to a traditional wedding cake, or something extra to serve alongside it? Our Cupcake Towers are filled with handmade cupcakes, with the option to add a fully iced cake on top and seasonal edible flowers to create a beautiful centrepiece for your wedding day. Choose from 50, 60, 70, 80 or 90 cupcakes. One flavour is included as standard, with the option to add a second or third flavour. Cupcake Flavours Madagascan Vanilla & Strawberry (ivory colour) Sicilian Lemon Drizzle with Lemon Curd (pale yellow) Indulgent Chocolate with Belgian Dark Chocolate Italian Meringue Buttercream (brown) Spiced Raspberry with Raspberry Conserve (pale pink) Lime & Toasted Coconut with Lime Curd (sage) Vanilla Honey & Roasted Plum (lilac) All cupcakes are topped with Italian meringue buttercream and finished with simple piped decoration. All cupcakes contain WHEAT (GLUTEN), EGGS and DAIRY. Chocolate cupcakes also contain SOYA. Lemon and Lime cupcakes may contain SULPHITES. All products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens. Optional Top Tier Cake Add a 4" or 6" fully iced cake to the top of your tower. Top tier cakes are finished in smooth ivory Italian meringue buttercream and are available in the same six flavours as the cupcakes. Seasonal Edible Flowers Seasonal edible flowers can be added to the cake only, cupcake tower only, or both the cake and tower. Flowers are selected according to season and availability, so exact varieties cannot be guaranteed. Colour preferences can be requested when booking. Stand Hire Tower hire is included in the price. A £70 refundable stand deposit will be added to your final invoice. If the stand is returned to Red Robin Pantry in good condition within one week of your wedding, the £70 will be refunded. If you choose not to return the stand, the deposit will be retained to cover its replacement. Delivery & Set-up Delivery is charged at £1 per mile for the return journey from Falmouth. If delivered alongside your wedding cake or another order, delivery is charged only once. Set-up is charged at £25 per hour (minimum one hour) and is based on the total time required at your venue. Additional items may increase the set-up time required. If you would like your Cupcake Tower delivered separately from the rest of your order, a separate delivery charge will apply. Parking and ferry charges may apply. We deliver throughout Cornwall; please enquire before booking for venues in Devon.
Cancellation Policy
All wedding cake and dessert orders booked through the online shop are paid in full at the time of booking. If your wedding is more than six months away and you would prefer to reserve your date without choosing and paying for your final cake or desserts yet, you can use the Save the Date booking option. This is particularly recommended for weddings more than six months in advance. Once booked, you'll receive a £100 coupon to redeem against your final wedding cake or dessert order at checkout. Your final order must be placed and paid for no later than six weeks before your wedding date. All tiered wedding cakes are delivered and set up by Red Robin Pantry; collection is not available. Delivery arrangements and charges are shown as part of the relevant booking information. Cancellations made more than 182 days before your wedding date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 182 days and 42 days before your wedding date are subject to a £100 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded. If you cancel less than 42 days before your wedding date, the booking system will charge a 100% cancellation fee. Where appropriate, any refund due will be considered in accordance with the cancellation provisions in Red Robin Pantry's full Terms & Conditions, taking into account preparation or production already undertaken and costs already incurred or committed. You can cancel your booking online up to 42 days before your wedding date. After this point, please contact me directly at info@redrobinpantry.co.uk. If you need to change your wedding date, please contact me as soon as possible. I may be able to transfer your booking to another date depending on availability, but this cannot be guaranteed. If the wedding moves into a different calendar year, your order will be repriced using the pricing applicable to the new wedding year. Changes to the venue, delivery arrangements or other requirements may also affect the final price. If Red Robin Pantry has to cancel your order and is unable to fulfil it, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the order I am unable to provide. By placing an order, you agree to Red Robin Pantry's full Terms & Conditions, which should be read alongside this booking policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
