Looking for an add on for your wedding cake or perhaps an alternative to a wedding cake. Perhaps you want something that your guests can just grab without having to wait for the venue/caterers to cut up the cake. Cupcakes make a good option. Prices include set up on the day and tower included. This stand must be returned following the wedding. We ask that you return the stand to us in Falmouth within one week of the wedding. An extra charge of £65 has been added to cover the value of the stand should you not return it. This is refunded back to you on the safe return of the stand. Delivery will be charged at £0.95 per mile including return from our base in Falmouth. This will be added onto your invoice at booking. Please note we only add this on once, for example if this is an add on to your wedding cake. Time of set up will be confirmed with your venue or wedding co-ordinator directly. We cannot set up the day before. Flavour Options: Vanilla & Raspberry with raspberry conserve and vanilla Italian meringue buttercream. Ivory buttercream. DAIRY, EGGS, WHEAT (GLUTEN) Lemon Drizzle with lemon curd and vanilla Italian meringue buttercream. Pale yellow buttercream. DAIRY, EGGS, WHEAT (GLUTEN) Indulgent Chocolate with chocolate Italian meringue buttercream. Chocolate buttercream colour. DAIRY, EGGS, WHEAT (GLUTEN), SOY All cupcakes are decorated simply with a piped rosette of buttercream on top, and come in white and gold rim luxury cupcake cases. If you would like to add a top tier cake for cutting. This will be a fully iced 6" with seasonal blooms on top in one of the above flavours. Flower packages can be added to decorate your tower, in addition to those on top of the cake. These are all seasonal edible/food safe blooms grown in our own edible flower garden. Once you have filled out the booking request you will a receive confirmation once we have confirmed availability. Once approved you will be able to pay for your order and delivery charges.
Cancellation Policy
All wedding cake and dessert orders booked through the online shop are paid in full at the time of booking. If your wedding is more than six months away and you would prefer to reserve your date without choosing and paying for your final cake or desserts yet, you can use the Save the Date booking option. This is particularly recommended for weddings more than six months in advance. Once booked, you'll receive a £100 coupon to redeem against your final wedding cake or dessert order at checkout. Your final order must be placed and paid for no later than six weeks before your wedding date. All tiered wedding cakes are delivered and set up by Red Robin Pantry; collection is not available. Delivery arrangements and charges are shown as part of the relevant booking information. Cancellations made more than 182 days before your wedding date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 182 days and 42 days before your wedding date are subject to a £100 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded. If you cancel less than 42 days before your wedding date, the booking system will charge a 100% cancellation fee. Where appropriate, any refund due will be considered in accordance with the cancellation provisions in Red Robin Pantry's full Terms & Conditions, taking into account preparation or production already undertaken and costs already incurred or committed. You can cancel your booking online up to 42 days before your wedding date. After this point, please contact me directly at info@redrobinpantry.co.uk. If you need to change your wedding date, please contact me as soon as possible. I may be able to transfer your booking to another date depending on availability, but this cannot be guaranteed. If the wedding moves into a different calendar year, your order will be repriced using the pricing applicable to the new wedding year. Changes to the venue, delivery arrangements or other requirements may also affect the final price. If Red Robin Pantry has to cancel your order and is unable to fulfil it, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the order I am unable to provide. By placing an order, you agree to Red Robin Pantry's full Terms & Conditions, which should be read alongside this booking policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
