Our Essential Dessert Table gives your guests a choice of three individual desserts, with a mixture of cheesecakes, dessert jars and pastry tarts. Each package includes one dessert per guest, split evenly between three different desserts. Choose one cheesecake flavour, one dessert jar flavour and one pastry tart flavour from the menu below. For example, the 60-guest option includes 20 cheesecakes, 20 dessert jars and 20 pastry tarts – 60 individual desserts in total. Cheesecakes – Choose One - Orange & Peach - Passion Fruit & Coconut - White Chocolate, Raspberry & Pistachio Dessert Jars – Choose One - Madagascan Vanilla Panna Cotta with Summer Berry Coulis - Frangelico Hazelnut Tiramisù - Black Forest Mousse Pastry Tarts – Choose One - Cherry Frangipane - Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate - Lemon & Rosemary Meringue Storage & Serving These desserts must be kept refrigerated until serving. Where possible, Red Robin Pantry will set up your Dessert Table shortly before your wedding breakfast, ready for your guests to enjoy. If this is not possible, suitable refrigeration must be available at your venue. The desserts will be left chilled for your venue team to put out at the appropriate time. Display & Set-up Serving boards and display stands are not included as standard, allowing your desserts to be arranged using your venue's own tableware and styling. If required, display boards and stands can be hired separately and must be returned to Red Robin Pantry in Falmouth after the wedding. Disposable cutlery can also be provided. Set-up is charged at £25 per hour (minimum one hour) and is based on the total time required at your venue. Delivery Delivery is charged at £1 per mile for the return journey from Falmouth. If delivered alongside your wedding cake or another order, delivery is charged only once. Delivery, set-up and any display hire required are calculated after booking and added to your final invoice. Allergens All desserts contain DAIRY, with allergens varying by flavour. Desserts may also contain WHEAT (GLUTEN), EGGS, SOYA, NUTS, SULPHITES, GELATINE (PORK) and ALCOHOL. All products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking. If you would like to add a wedding cake, macaron tower or other dessert items to your order, please add these on via the appropriate listing to build your perfect dessert table.
Cancellation Policy
All wedding cake and dessert orders booked through the online shop are paid in full at the time of booking. If your wedding is more than six months away and you would prefer to reserve your date without choosing and paying for your final cake or desserts yet, you can use the Save the Date booking option. This is particularly recommended for weddings more than six months in advance. Once booked, you'll receive a £100 coupon to redeem against your final wedding cake or dessert order at checkout. Your final order must be placed and paid for no later than six weeks before your wedding date. All tiered wedding cakes are delivered and set up by Red Robin Pantry; collection is not available. Delivery arrangements and charges are shown as part of the relevant booking information. Cancellations made more than 182 days before your wedding date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 182 days and 42 days before your wedding date are subject to a £100 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded. If you cancel less than 42 days before your wedding date, the booking system will charge a 100% cancellation fee. Where appropriate, any refund due will be considered in accordance with the cancellation provisions in Red Robin Pantry's full Terms & Conditions, taking into account preparation or production already undertaken and costs already incurred or committed. You can cancel your booking online up to 42 days before your wedding date. After this point, please contact me directly at info@redrobinpantry.co.uk. If you need to change your wedding date, please contact me as soon as possible. I may be able to transfer your booking to another date depending on availability, but this cannot be guaranteed. If the wedding moves into a different calendar year, your order will be repriced using the pricing applicable to the new wedding year. Changes to the venue, delivery arrangements or other requirements may also affect the final price. If Red Robin Pantry has to cancel your order and is unable to fulfil it, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the order I am unable to provide. By placing an order, you agree to Red Robin Pantry's full Terms & Conditions, which should be read alongside this booking policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
