A tiered Italian meringue buttercream wedding cake with a soft semi-naked finish, decorated with seasonal edible and food-safe flowers arranged in a central cascade of blooms. Flowers are selected according to your preferred colour palette and seasonal availability, so varieties will naturally vary from those pictured. Fresh flowers are generally available April–September, with dried edible flowers used where appropriate outside the growing season. Please note that naturally blue edible flowers have limited seasonal availability. You can choose different Standard flavours for each tier by adding the Multiple Flavour Upgrade. Premium and Luxury flavours can also be requested when booking. Any applicable flavour upgrades will be added to your invoice before your booking is accepted. All Set Design cakes are made with their listed standard fillings. Recipes and fillings cannot be altered. Allergens Please provide details of any guest allergies when booking. Set Design cakes cannot be adapted to accommodate allergies. Red Robin Pantry is not an allergen-free kitchen and handles all 14 major allergens. Delivery & Set-up All tiered wedding cakes are delivered and set up at your venue. Delivery is charged at £1 per mile for the return journey from Falmouth, plus set-up at £25 per hour (minimum one hour). Parking, ferry charges or additional labour required for difficult access will be added where applicable. Delivery and set-up will be calculated from the venue details provided with your booking request and added to your invoice before the booking is accepted. Booking Select your cake size and any applicable add-ons, then complete the booking request with your wedding and venue details. Your date and order are not confirmed until your request has been accepted and payment received. Set Design cakes are pre-designed and can be customised with your chosen colour palette, but the overall design cannot be altered. If you would like to make changes to the design, please enquire about a Bespoke Wedding Cake instead.
Cancellation Policy
All wedding cake and dessert orders booked through the online shop are paid in full at the time of booking. If your wedding is more than six months away and you would prefer to reserve your date without choosing and paying for your final cake or desserts yet, you can use the Save the Date booking option. This is particularly recommended for weddings more than six months in advance. Once booked, you'll receive a £100 coupon to redeem against your final wedding cake or dessert order at checkout. Your final order must be placed and paid for no later than six weeks before your wedding date. All tiered wedding cakes are delivered and set up by Red Robin Pantry; collection is not available. Delivery arrangements and charges are shown as part of the relevant booking information. Cancellations made more than 182 days before your wedding date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 182 days and 42 days before your wedding date are subject to a £100 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded. If you cancel less than 42 days before your wedding date, the booking system will charge a 100% cancellation fee. Where appropriate, any refund due will be considered in accordance with the cancellation provisions in Red Robin Pantry's full Terms & Conditions, taking into account preparation or production already undertaken and costs already incurred or committed. You can cancel your booking online up to 42 days before your wedding date. After this point, please contact me directly at info@redrobinpantry.co.uk. If you need to change your wedding date, please contact me as soon as possible. I may be able to transfer your booking to another date depending on availability, but this cannot be guaranteed. If the wedding moves into a different calendar year, your order will be repriced using the pricing applicable to the new wedding year. Changes to the venue, delivery arrangements or other requirements may also affect the final price. If Red Robin Pantry has to cancel your order and is unable to fulfil it, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the order I am unable to provide.
