How to care for your cake on collection

Your cake will be chilled prior to collection. If you will be travelling with your cake again after collection, we recommend chilling the cake until this time. Please chill your cake if it has fruit on it, if not consuming the same day.

Cakes should be kept flat during transport. If driving, please place your cake in the boot of your car, this is by far the safest place for it. Failing this the footwell by the passenger seat. If you place your cake on the seat or hold it during travel we cannot be held responsible for your cake not arriving in one piece.

In hot weather, you may need to refrigerate your cake after collection. During the summer every effort is made to make your cake more heat stable. Your cake is iced in buttercream or ganache, however, and chocolate and butter will melt in hot weather.

If your cake has a long journey please inform us when booking. This will need to be taken into account when designing your cake.

Finally, buttercream cakes can be fragile so please take care when handling them. We want your cake to be as beautiful when it reaches it's final destination as it was when you collected it from us here at Red Robin Pantry.
Macaron Tower
Product Information
Looking for an add on for your wedding cake or perhaps an alternative to a wedding cake. A macaron tower is a great option and a great crowd pleaser. All of our macarons are filled with a delicious Belgian white chocolate ganache centre and six tempting flavours to choose from. Prices include set up on the day and tower included. Delivery will be charged at £0.95 per mile including return from our base in Falmouth. This will be added onto your invoice at booking. Please note we only add this on once, for example if this is an add on to your wedding cake. Time of set up will be confirmed with your venue or wedding co-ordinator directly. We cannot set up the day before. Flavour Options: Madagascan Vanilla - Natural colour shell filled with a madagascan vanilla white chocolate ganache. EGGS, NUTS (ALMONDS), DAIRY, SOY Orange & Pistachio - Orange colour shell filled with a zesty orange & pistachio white chocolate ganache. EGGS, NUTS (ALMONDS & PISTACHIOS), DAIRY, SOY Chai Latte - Natural colour shell with cinnamon filled with a chai tea & spice infused white chocolate ganache. EGGS, NUTS (ALMONDS), DAIRY, SOY Peach Melba - Pink/peach colour shell filled with a raspberry & peach white chocolate ganache. EGGS, NUTS (ALMONDS), DAIRY, SOY Piña Colada - A yellow colour shell filled with a coconut & pineapple white chocolate ganache, and a good helping of white rum. EGGS, NUTS (ALMONDS), DAIRY, SOY, ALCOHOL Strawberry Pimms - A red colour shell filled a pimms & strawberry white chocolate ganache with a hint of lemon & mint. EGGS, NUTS (ALMONDS), DAIRY, SOY, ALCOHOL Please note, all macarons contain nuts (almonds), eggs and dairy. Made in a kitchen that handles gluten (wheat). Please note flowers and marshmallows not included. Once you have filled out the booking request you will a receive confirmation once we have confirmed availability. Once approved you will be able to pay for your order and delivery charges. If you return the macaron tower after the wedding in good condition a £15 stand deposit will be refunded back to you.
Cancellation Policy
All wedding cake online orders are paid for at the point of ordering. All wedding cakes are delivered by us, we do not offer collection. For online wedding cakes orders we allow free cancellation within the first two weeks of booking so long as the wedding is not within 3 weeks. Up to 90 days prior to the wedding we will refund minus an £100 deposit to cover us for loss of business. Cancellations within 6 weeks of the wedding will not be refunded. We may still be able to reschedule after this time depending on our availability, please email info@redrobinpantry.co.uk. Please note if you are booking a wedding cake outside of Cornwall please email us to confirm your venue and date prior to booking.
