Set Design Tasting Box
Product Information
Thinking of ordering one of our set design wedding cakes but not sure which flavour. You can add on a tasting box for delivery including each of the three flavours. Vanilla & raspberry; lemon drizzle and indulgent chocolate. You will receive 2 samples of each flavour in your box. All samples contain dairy, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy (chocolate only). Samples are available for collection from me in Falmouth, or you they can be posted out to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24; special delivery to arrive by 1pm weekdays or Saturdays (at an extra charge). When requesting your date for delivery, please insure that you have selected the option for Saturday delivery prior to this if this is required. If not selected an alternative weekday delivery will be suggested or payment for the upgrade will be requested. Please note, samples will not be sent out until payment have been received. Please note when ordering samples your requested date may not be available, we will suggest alternative dates in this instance. We have a minimum of two weeks turn around for tasting boxes.
Cancellation Policy
Wedding Cake Tasting Box Booking Policy Tasting boxes contain the three set flavours available for Red Robin Pantry's online wedding cake designs: Vanilla & Raspberry Lemon Drizzle Indulgent Chocolate Other cake flavours are not available as part of these tasting boxes. Cancellations & rescheduling Tasting box bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the agreed collection or dispatch date. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact Debbie at info@redrobinpantry.co.uk. After this point, cancellation or rescheduling may not be possible if ingredients have been purchased or preparation has begun. Allergens All three samples contain milk, eggs and wheat (gluten). The chocolate sample also contains soya. Red Robin Pantry is not an allergen-free kitchen and other allergens, including nuts and peanuts, are handled in the same kitchen. Please refer to the full Terms & Conditions for further allergen information. Freshness & storage Samples have a shelf life of 5 days from collection or dispatch. For the best flavour and texture, I recommend tasting the samples at room temperature on the day you receive them, when they are at their freshest. Cake eaten directly from the fridge will have a firmer texture. Collection Tasting boxes can be collected from: 17 Azenor Avenue Falmouth TR11 4FS A collection time will be confirmed before your chosen date. Postal tasting boxes Postal tasting boxes will be dispatched using the Royal Mail service selected when booking. Where Royal Mail Tracked 24 is selected, the box will normally be dispatched with the intention of delivery on or around your requested date. This is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service and postal delays can occasionally occur. Where Royal Mail Special Delivery is selected, the box will be dispatched using the delivery service and timeframe applicable to that option. Saturday delivery may incur an additional postage charge. If Saturday delivery is requested but the appropriate delivery option has not been paid for, I will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date or payment of the additional postage charge. The tasting box will not be dispatched until any additional postage due has been paid. Please ensure that the delivery address provided when booking is complete and correct.
