Thinking of ordering one of our set design wedding cakes but not sure which flavour. You can add on a tasting box for delivery including each of the three flavours. Vanilla & raspberry; lemon drizzle and indulgent chocolate. You will receive 2 samples of each flavour in your box. All samples contain dairy, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy (chocolate only). Samples are available for collection from me in Falmouth, or you they can be posted out to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24; special delivery to arrive by 1pm weekdays or Saturdays (at an extra charge). When requesting your date for delivery, please insure that you have selected the option for Saturday delivery prior to this if this is required. If not selected an alternative weekday delivery will be suggested or payment for the upgrade will be requested. Please note, samples will not be sent out until payment have been received. Please note when ordering samples your requested date may not be available, we will suggest alternative dates in this instance. We have a minimum of two weeks turn around for tasting boxes.

Cancellation Policy

Once booked cancellations/rescheduling will be available up to 72hrs prior to the delivery date. If you wish to cancel your booking please contact Debbie via email info@redrobinpantry.co.uk. All tasting boxes contain our three set flavour options. Vanilla & raspberry; lemon drizzle; indulgent chocolate. We do not offer any of our other flavours for set designs. All samples contain dairy, eggs, wheat (gluten), and soy (chocolate only). Samples have a shelf life of 5 days from collection/dispatch. We recommend tasting your samples at room temperature on the day you receive these so they are at their freshest. Cold cake will have a different texture. If we are unable to accommodate you requested date, alternative dates will be suggested. During the busy summer months or in the lead up to xmas we may not be able to accommodate your date due to weddings or xmas markets. Tasting Boxes are available for collection from 17 Azenor Avenue, Falmouth, TR11 4FS. A time will be confirmed prior to collection. Samples sent via Royal Mail 24hrs Tracked and Trace will be dispatched for delivery the day before your requested date. We do not take responsibility for the late arrival of samples due to the royal mail postal service or if you need to collect samples from the depo. Samples set via royal mail special delivery should be received by 1pm on the nominated day you requested. Samples sent for Saturday delivery are charged at an extra rate due to the higher postage charges. Please note if you request a Saturday at the time of booking do not select Saturday Delivery for your payment option, we will contact you to rearrange your delivery date or request payment for the upgrade. Samples will not be sent until payment is made. We request that you inform us of your wedding venue and wedding date when ordering samples. If we do not have your date free or in your venue is not within our delivery radius at that time of year we will inform of this, and then cancel and refund your order.
