Cancellation Policy

A Save the Date booking reserves your wedding date with Red Robin Pantry for a Set Design Wedding Cake. It does not reserve a particular cake design, size or price. Once your booking has been accepted and payment received, you will receive a voucher for the full value of your Save the Date payment to redeem against your final Set Design Wedding Cake booking. Your final cake must be booked no later than six weeks before your wedding date and will be charged at the prices applicable to your wedding year. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 182 days (six months) before your wedding date will receive a full refund. Within 182 days, the Save the Date payment is non-refundable. Once your voucher has been redeemed, the cancellation terms for your wedding cake booking will apply. Changing your wedding date If your wedding date changes, please contact me as soon as possible. Your booking may be transferred to another available date, but this cannot be guaranteed. If your wedding moves into a different calendar year, your booking must be upgraded to the Save the Date value applicable to that year. Any difference must be paid before the new date can be reserved. Your cake will also be subject to the pricing applicable to the new wedding year. Additional information The Set Design collection may change before you place your final cake booking. Delivery and set-up are arranged and charged separately when your final cake booking is confirmed. If Red Robin Pantry is unable to fulfil your reserved date, your Save the Date payment will be refunded in full. By booking, you agree to Red Robin Pantry's full Terms & Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
