Turkish Delight
New for winter 2025, Turkish Delight, handmade right here in Cornwall. Unlike most of the Turkish Delight sold in the UK, we make our own rather than import the mass produced commercially made sweets. We've been working on this throughout 2025, to get the texture and flavour balances just right, so hopefully you will love it as much as we do!
Each box contains nine pieces of our of our seasonal selection flavours. Our boxes are not pre packaged so you can choose your own selection of flavours from our current selection below. These can be all one flavour or a mix of flavours if you prefer.
Our seasonal flavours currently include:-
- Classic Rose Water
- Madagascan Vanilla & Saffron
- Raspberry in Toasted Coconut
- Peach & Prosecco - contains alcohol.
- Orange & Cardamom with chopped Pistachios
- Pomegranate with chopped Hazelnuts.

All of our chocolates and confections are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy and nuts/peanuts among other allergens so may contain traces of these. All care is taken to minimise cross-contamination.

Fair trade sugar, cornflour, liquid glucose, icing sugar, sorbitol, glycerine, citric acid, cream of tartar, coconut, rose water, madagascan vanilla, saffron, peach puree, raspberry puree, pomegranate juice, orange juice and zest, prosecco (sulphites), pistachios (nuts), hazelnuts (nuts), Cornish sea salt, natural peach extract, natural prosecco extract, natural raspberry extract, natural orange oil, cardamom, natural pomegranate extract, natural cardamom extract, rapeseed oil.
Size
Each box contains 9 pieces of turkish delight of your choice dusted in cornflour and icing sugar, size may vary as these are a handmade product and cut by hand.
Box weight: approx 200-220g excluding coating.
Shelf-life
Minimum 3+months. All stock now has a shelf life well beyond christmas 25. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, not in the fridge or freezer.
